In research and developing aid impact will sustainable increase when synergy, integration, and cooperation between various stakeholders is optimised.
The mission of Trimpact BV, a social enterprise, is to increase the impact of development projects to efficiently realize the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), or in short: People, Planet, and Prosperity.
Our strategy is to enhance sustainable profitable changes through smart mapping of development projects (including research and humanitarian aid), creating synergy and alignment, and supporting the organizations involved. For that purpose we created the Ins4Outs approach. Starting with the interactive, multidisciplinary and multi-level Development Synergy and Alignment Tool (DevSAT), together with a state-of-the-art database (e.g. for Open Data) and an interactive Theory of change, the outputs and impact of the partners will become much larger.
Mapping existing projects
Identification of links & missing links
The Ins4Outs approach enables you to better design projects and define additional collaborative activities that accelerates and enhances ongoing projects. As a consequence, impacts will increase at reduced costs.
Design of impact oriented projects
CHANGING THE SCENERY
Work in research and development aid is very often a challenging business because for getting impact one depends to a large extent on other stakeholders. It is our own experience that we do not knew who was working in the same village, and for a baseline that two projects needed the required collaboration was not in place so that two projects carried out more or less the same baseline with associated doubling of efforts and waste of funds that could have been spent otherwise to get impact. Does this sounds familiar, do you recognize yourself in such a situation?
Next phase of research and development cooperation
With funds for research and development cooperation under pressure, new ways are needed to get the required impact with these funds.
We know it can be done …
in synergy and alignment.
